"My daughter is a REALTOR and was very disappointed that we did not list the property with her. I know her very well and she is very good at what she does - she has more than 14 years’ experience as an office manager - transaction coordinator - and her customer care is second to none - we did not use her for three reasons - she was not the best choice for our area - she did not have all the tools at her disposal that the Pelton Team had (and have) and she was family. There are times you can use family... this was not one of them.
You want the best - The Pelton's are the best. Marketing, client care, staying on top of the process, communicating the way you want it - not boiler-plate. I reviewed more than 20 agents in all - we had a final four and head and shoulders, Paula and Tom by far were the best. The funny part - the other Realtors, were very good also.... just not as good.
Now that I have Paula walking on water.... would we use the Pelton Team again? Yes, in a heartbeat.
